Terms of Service
Version 2026-11-03-draft1. Last updated 2026-11-03.
Draft. Items in square brackets are decisions the owner still has to make. This text is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
These terms are the agreement between you and [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME], which runs Trajovia. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Trajovia.
What Trajovia is
Trajovia is a daily list of newly registered US trucking carriers. It is built from the FMCSA Company Census File, which is public data from the US Department of Transportation. We clean it, remove duplicates and score each lead. You get it by email, in a dashboard and as CSV files. On the National plan you also get AI-written outreach scripts.
Trajovia is not the FMCSA or the US Department of Transportation, and it is not affiliated with either.
About the data
- The data runs about 2 to 3 days behind real registrations.
- It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not check phone numbers, email addresses, insurance, operating authority or anything else a carrier reported.
- A phone number or email address in our data is not consent to be called, texted or emailed.
- We do not promise that any carrier will answer, buy or stay in business.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person [OWNER DECISION: SEAT AND TEAM SHARING RULE]. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are on the pricing page. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If we change a price, the new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you [OWNER DECISION: PRICE CHANGE NOTICE PERIOD].
Refunds: [OWNER DECISION: REFUND POLICY].
You are responsible for how you contact carriers
You are solely responsible for complying with every law and rule that applies to how you contact carriers. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for calls and text messages, the CAN-SPAM Act for email, the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call and telemarketing laws, and the rules for your own kind of business, such as insurance licensing and solicitation rules.
- Trajovia does not check numbers against any Do Not Call list, does not collect or verify consent, and does not give legal advice.
- Some phone numbers in public records belong to individuals, such as sole proprietors, or are mobile numbers. Stricter rules can apply to them.
- Keep your own opt-out records and honor every request to stop. If a carrier asks you to stop contacting it, stop.
- If you are not sure whether a campaign is lawful, ask a lawyer before you send it.
Using the data
- Use the data for your own business outreach.
- Do not harass, mislead or pressure anyone, and do not suggest any connection to the FMCSA or the Department of Transportation.
- Do not resell, share or publicly post the lists or your exports [OWNER DECISION: DATA RESALE RULE].
- Do not copy the service with automated tools or overload it.
Carriers can ask to be removed
Any carrier can ask us to remove it from Trajovia on the removal request page. We may remove or hide any carrier at any time, for any reason. When we do, it disappears from your dashboard, your daily email and your exports.
We cannot take back emails or files we already sent you. If a carrier has been removed, do not use an older export to contact it.
AI-written scripts
Scripts are drafts written by an AI model from a carrier’s public business details. They can contain mistakes. Read and edit them before you use them, and replace the placeholders for your name and company. You are responsible for what you send.
Our responsibility
Trajovia is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [OWNER DECISION: LIABILITY LIMIT]. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending your account
You can stop using Trajovia at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully [OWNER DECISION: REFUND ON CLOSURE].
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When a change matters, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using Trajovia. We keep a record of the version you accepted, with the date and time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER DECISION: GOVERNING LAW STATE], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
