Dispatcher leads: new owner-operators and small fleets
A truck with no loads earns nothing. Trajovia lists newly registered carriers every morning, including owner-operators and small fleets, so dispatchers can offer load booking before the carrier has built broker relationships.
Who it is for
Dispatch services and independent dispatchers who book loads for owner-operators and small fleets.
Who needs a dispatcher
A carrier that just got a DOT number often has a truck and a driver but few broker contacts. About half of the new carriers we measured reported a single truck. Those are the carriers most likely to value someone who finds freight and handles the paperwork.
Filters for dispatch work
- Number of trucks, for example 1 to 3 for owner-operators and small fleets
- For-hire carriers only, so you skip businesses that haul their own goods
- Cargo types the carrier listed, which hints at the freight they run
- State, so you can focus on the regions and lanes you book
What the list shows
Each lead shows the company, location, trucks, drivers, cargo types, phone and email, plus a score and warning badges for shared phone numbers and filing service emails.
Scripts written for dispatch
On the National plan, AI outreach scripts write a short call and email for a dispatcher from the carrier’s details. They ask what lanes the carrier wants to run and offer example loads. They do not promise rates or income, and you replace the name and company placeholders before you use them.
Keep your pipeline straight
Mark each carrier new, called, quoted, won or not interested, and export the current list to CSV when you need it.

Frequently asked questions
Which new carriers are best for a dispatcher?
Active for-hire carriers with one to three trucks are the usual fit. They are small enough to need help finding freight and often have few broker relationships. Use the authority and trucks filters to find them.
Do you show equipment type, such as dry van or reefer?
No. Cargo categories come from what the carrier listed, for example general freight or refrigerated food. Equipment type is not part of the public data we use.
How many new owner-operators are there each day?
About half of new carriers report a single truck, which is a couple of hundred on a typical weekday nationwide before you filter by state or authority. Weekends are much quieter.
Can I text these carriers?
Calls and texts to mobile numbers carry extra rules under the TCPA, and you are responsible for following them. Trajovia provides public registration data, not legal advice.
Is there a per-lead fee?
No. Plans are a flat monthly price, starting at $44 for one state. A one-time Starter Pack gives you the last 30 days of one state for $44.
