Which plan should I choose?
Choose Starter if you work one state, Regional if you work up to 5 states, and National if you cover the whole country or want AI outreach scripts. You can switch plans at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no contract.
What happens if I change plans?
An upgrade is charged for the price difference right away. A downgrade gives you credit on your next invoice. If the new plan allows fewer states, we keep the state that comes first alphabetically and you can change it in Settings.
What is the Starter Pack?
The Starter Pack is a one-time $44 purchase of the last 30 days of new carriers in one state, as a CSV you download from your account. It is a good way to see the data before you subscribe. It does not include a subscription.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Trajovia never sees or stores your card number.
