Draft. Items in square brackets are decisions the owner still has to make. This text is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
This policy explains what Trajovia collects, why, and who else sees it. [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] runs Trajovia.
What we collect about you
- Account: your email address and password. Your password is stored in scrambled form by our sign-in provider, and we cannot read it.
- Plan: your plan, billing status and Stripe customer number. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Settings: your states, cargo types, fleet size range, authority type and whether the daily email is on.
- Your work: the status you set on each lead, such as called or quoted.
- Terms acceptance: which version you accepted, the date and time, and your IP address and browser details, as proof that you accepted.
- Technical: server logs, and the cookies that keep you signed in.
What is in the carrier data
Carrier records are public business registration records from the FMCSA Company Census File: company name, address, phone number, email address, fleet size and similar fields. Some carriers are individuals, such as sole proprietors. We show the data to subscribers as it appears in the public record, with some cleanup.
How we use it
- To run the service and send the daily email you asked for
- To take payments and keep accounts secure
- To keep records that you accepted the terms
- To prevent misuse of the service
- To handle removal requests from carriers
Who else sees it
We use these providers to run Trajovia. We do not sell your personal information.
- Supabase, for the database and sign-in
- Stripe, for payments
- Resend, for sending email
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it uses, for outreach scripts. They receive business details of a carrier, such as its name, city, state, number of trucks and cargo types. They do not receive a carrier’s phone number, email address or street address, and nothing about you.
- Hosting providers [OWNER DECISION: HOSTING PROVIDERS TO LIST AT LAUNCH]
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
While your account is open we keep your account data and the record that you accepted the terms. When you delete your account we delete them, and keep only a record that an account was deleted, with the date and plan, and no email address or name. Stripe keeps its own payment and invoice records for the periods that apply to it. Other records we must keep by law: [OWNER DECISION: RETENTION PERIODS].
Your choices
You can change your filters and turn off the daily email in Settings, or with the unsubscribe link in any email. You can cancel your plan at any time. You can delete your account yourself on the Delete my account page, linked at the bottom of Settings: your plan is cancelled right away with no refund for the rest of the period, and your account data is deleted. To ask for your account data to be corrected, contact [OWNER DECISION: CONTACT EMAIL]. We may need to keep some records, such as billing records and terms acceptance records, where the law requires it.
If you are a carrier listed in Trajovia
You can ask us to remove your business on the removal request page. We review each request. Removing you from Trajovia does not remove you from the FMCSA public record, which we do not control.
Children
Trajovia is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the date.
